After gathering the information above, we will do the necessary research to locate properties in your neighborhood that are comparable to your home. We compare square footage and the style/type of properties that have sold in remodeled condition. That information, with the estimated cost of repairs estimated by your square footage, which will assist us in making you a conservative offer over the phone. If you consider the offer to be in the ballpark of what you’re looking for, we then schedule a time to visit the property and spend about 15-30 minutes walking through the house.
After visiting the property and doing the walk-through, we will most likely make you the final offer at that time; you are under no obligation at this time you do not have to sign the offer and you are more than welcome to show the contract proposal to your attorney and/or advisor for their input before getting back to us. There are absolutely no high-pressure tactics whatsoever.
