I would like to say how incredible it was working with Ed, and his team. Warm, friendly, giving, patient, understanding beyond words. Ed had to work with my 80 year old sister with Bi-Polar disorder. To sell her house in Mount Ranier, Md. He was amazing working with her. I spent many days on the phone with Ed, and Angela talking me through the process, they were reassuring, and answered every question or concern I had with both compassion and care! The entire process was smooth and quick, only because of their expertise, and knowledge. I cant even describe in words how easy and smooth they made it. I met Ed through my niece. I had a great experience with Quick Homebuyers!  I needed to sell my mother's home due to her passing.  Ed made the process smooth and easy. I called several companies to sell my late mother’s estate property and Quick Homebuyers was by far the most communicative. They competed again four other offers I received, and while I was negotiating with the other companies, I kept having to leave voicemails and almost never reached the owners. Two of those companies had answering services where I would have to leave a message with them, only to receive a delayed call back. I choose Quick Homebuyers because not only did they offer the best price and terms, but I felt more comfortable working with them. They gave me a fair cash offer range the same day I called and after they saw the property, actually offered me over than the higher number in their initial offer. They closed in a week as promised and let the tenant stay in the property for free after settlement while they helped her find her next home. That was their biggest selling point because I did not have to wait until she left to sell. They also paid for movers to move everything to her next home, which I thought was very admirable because I did not even find out until after the fact. Whenever I called for Ed or Angela, they were always available and never let my calls go to voicemail. One night I called around 11pm to leave a voicemail for Ed to call me in the morning, and to my surprise he actually answered. Every time I sent an email, I got response within 10 minutes. Their team was super easy to work with and I’m very pleased with their quality of service. I was behind on my car payment, had a repair bill, needed a security deposit for a new apartment, and I had a once-in-a-lifetime trip planned with friends that I was about to cancel. I had to sell my father's house after he passed. Many buyers reached out wanting to purchase it. When Ed and his team contacted me he was more concerned that I did not get taken advantage of. He talked me through the process  of how this will work and gave me valuable information making me feel at ease.  I don't live in the same area as my father so moving all his things was going to be a huge under taking.Ed packed, shipped all of the things in the house that I  wanted at no cost to me. He had a moving compay come pack all my belongings and ship everything to  Georgia  for free..The locks on the house had to be changed to get access  to the house Ed  paid to have new locks installed and did not charge me. They also deposed of everything in the house that I did not want for free! That saved me hundreds of dollars We settled on a price and closed quickly.
